I just installed exchange 2000 and moved one mailbox from Exch5.5 to
Exch2000 but the when I logon to the Mailbox from either OWA ot Outlook
client the following message comes up:

Event ID: 1022

Logon Failure on database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (SIATF-EXCH)" -
Windows 2000 account NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM; mailbox
/O=SIATF/OU=SI/cn=Recipients/cn=SystemMailbox{81C78F35-0F08-4CE2-9718-DAFBE7
F642A4}.
Error: -2147221231

I looked at article 260782, but it doesn't provide a solution to the
problem, instead it provides an explanation as to why the error is
generated.

Any Ideas?

That article simply means you can't login while it's being moved or while
replication is still happening between DCs.
Once the mailbox move is finished and AD replication has completed, can the
user login?

Thank you for replying.

Yes, the user is able to login successfully, but the Application Log is full
of these errors. I noticed that an error is written everytime the users does
anything in
Outlook.
